How COVID-19 Will Affect Your Medications: Addressing Your Concerns

In times of great uncertainty and fear, we all look for assurances about things like our medications and our health. I want to assure you that my team at Gatti Pharmacy has been working hard to adjust as needed to ensure we’re providing you with the medications you need in a way that is safe for you and for us. To that end, we’ve limited in-store traffic and welcomed you with the same friendly faces through our drive thru. We’re also proud to continue offering our free delivery service you know and trust, even while adapting our procedures to minimize our drivers’ exposure. Please rest assured that our team is following protocols to keep our facility clean and to ensure we remain well and ready to serve you. We remain committed to providing you with your medications and all of our storefront items via drive thru pickup, delivery, or postal mail.
Some of our patients have expressed concern about the availability of their prescription medications. I assure you that we’re watching this very closely and at this time have noted very few availability issues for prescription medications. As we order from several different drug wholesalers, we also have multiple ways to get products in stock. We have had some limitations put into place for over-the-counter items but are doing our best to ensure adequate inventory levels. We’re also trying diligently to supply masks, hand sanitizer, and toilet paper as we’re able.
