If you’re watching your cholesterol, you probably know that turkey is a good dinner choice. Just remember that although three ounces of light-meat turkey has only about 67 mg. of cholesterol, the same amount of dark meat has 75 mg. And a cup of chopped turkey liver has about 830 mg.!
