What is AutoSync RX?
AutoSync RX is a program that is designed to let you fill all of your prescriptions monthly at one time. It is designed to make it easier to obtain prescription refills on a regular basis. You no longer have to make multiple trips to the pharmacy for your regular medications, saving you time and gas money.

How does AutoSync RX work?
We work with you to determine one day of the month to get all of your prescriptions filled. Several days before your pick-up date we will begin preparing your medications. We will contact the physician for medication refills or other problems. Once everything is ready, we will contact you to review everything and let you know when you can pick up your items or have them delivered. Since not every month has 30 days in it, you will not always pick your medications up on the same date of the month. We will fill your medications every 30 days regardless of how many days are in the month. We will always call when your items are ready for pick up or delivery.

My prescriptions are refilled at different times during the month, how do you align them?
In order to get all of your prescriptions filled at the same time each month the first month of the program may require some partial fills. Depending on your insurance and when the prescriptions are filled this may result in an additional co-pay the first month of the program as we align the prescriptions.

What prescriptions can be filled with AutoSync RX?
All maintenance medications can be filled since it is easy to determine when they will run out. Creams, ointments, eye or ear drops, and medications that are taken as needed are not included in the program, because we are not sure you will need a refill. We will ask you when we call if you need any of these additional medications filled.

What are the benefits of AutoSync RX?
You get all of your prescriptions filled at the same time every month, saving you multiple trips to the pharmacy. You do not even need to call in your refills, we will call you before your fill date to confirm that you need your prescriptions filled. We will also call you when your order is ready.
